Retail orders are accepted subject to credit card approval or cheque
clearance. The customer authorises the Emerging Products Pty Ltd to charge their
credit card for all purchases indicated on the order form. Wholesale orders are accepted following upfront payment or credit terms
(subject to credit approval).
Please allow 21 days delivery (normal delivery time is 5-10 working days).
The customer warrants that all credit card payment information provided
relates to their own credit card. Deliveries will be made to residential
addresses only - if there is no one home to accept delivery then the delivery
will be made to the nearest post office. Customers will need to sign for the
delivery. We are not able to leave parcels unattended.
Refund Policy
Goods are covered by a 12 month limited warranty. All defective goods will
be replaced where the defect is due to a manufacturing defect. This warranty
excludes normal wear and tear. The warranty expressly excludes damage caused by
misuse or user neglect. Also expressly excluded is any damage to the casing of
any electronic product including LCD displays (except where the damage was
caused by delivery to the customer and where the product is subsequently
returned within 7 days of receipt) - All goods must be returned with proof of
purchase and must be returned at customer's expense via registered post to Suite
7 10 Prospect St Box Hill Vic 3128.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the goods
within 7 days of receipt (In good condition) with original packaging via
registered post and we will facilitate a full refund of the purchase price.
